Well I picked up a L'Oreal HiP Jelly Balm a few days ago, and I already love it! The color I got was Savory 420. I actually wanted Plush, but Savory was on clearance because they are discontinuing that color(or so I've heard). They usually retail for about $9(I got mine for $2.25!! :D) at stores like CVS, Walgreens, etc. I've also heard that some people found them at Dollar Tree?
The consistency is nice and thick, but not sticky. Everyone has said that it has the smell of caramel, but I personally think it smells like vanilla candles. The color is very sheer but adds a nice tint so that your lips don't look dead. It also looks a bit like a gloss when you have it on, but not as shiny.
